Our stay at the resort was absolutely mind-blowing! The peaceful and relaxing atmosphere was exactly what we needed. We were pleasantly surprised by the stunning view from our room, with grape vines and mountains in the distance. The location was super convenient, with the restaurant, winery, and brewery right next door. We had a jaw-droppingly delicious meal at the resort restaurant and enjoyed a couple of beers at the brewery in the afternoon. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. The extra comfortable king bed provided a fantastic night's sleep. Even though we weren't wine experts, the wine tasting experience was surprisingly enjoyable. The resort had a great "family" vibe and offered a range of activities without having to travel far. It served as an excellent base to explore the Hunter Valley area. We highly recommend this place for an amazing and value-for-money getaway.

The attached resturant was disappointing.

We were late arriving and had to leave the next day but the room was well equipped and spacious and beautifully decorated. The morning birdsong was a delight.

Good location. Great walks. Close to wineries. Good food and beers. Outdated furniture. Door didn't close. Beds below standard. Lovely cottage with own backyard. Helpful recommendations. Enjoyable morning walk. Pretty surroundings. Nice balconies. Adequate facilities.

The service was great, good food, the location is so peaceful....I had such a nice weekend over there.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel - the location was perfect, close to everything. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding. Additionally, hotel facilities were in great shape, and I was especially pleased with the complimentary breakfast.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

We have one serious complaint Drinking water was stinking and terrible taste no signs in our room to say not to drink this water. Made complaint next morning as we could not make coffee due to taste were told there should be a sign in room.there was none.This should fitted over tap.

The weekend stay was the perfect getaway! The cottage was cozy and clean, with a coffee machine, beautiful view, and comfortable bed. We visited the nearby cellar and enjoyed the free wine tasting tour with our hotel package; the staff were lovely and knowledgeable about the wines. Plus, the location was quiet and convenient to access local activities and restaurants by car.

Although the cottage was charming, the decor was a bit outdated and could use some sprucing up. we had trouble finding the cottage upon arrival as there were not enough clear signs to guide us.

Amazing location, close to all the hot spots in the Hunter. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room temperature was perfect, even without heating. The restaurant served delicious food.

They allowed me to check in early (2hrs in fact), nothing was a problem. Rooms were comfortable and clean.

Nothing to do with the rooms, however the road out the front of our room (201) has a big ditch and I heard alot of cars scrape which woke me up during the night

Great location, with vineyards and shops near by. Good facilities like restaurants, bars, and a wine theater. Rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean. Bathrooms are tidy and have all necessary amenities.

The view from the patio was not that great.

I had an amazing experience at Hunter Valley Resort. The room was spacious and clean, perfect for a family of three like mine. The bed was incredibly comfortable and gave me the best sleep I've ever had. The resort also had great facilities, including the Hunter Farm Adventure Centre and the 4 Pines At The Farm. The customer experience exceeded my expectations and the staff were friendly, informative, and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.
